I gave this company a five star rating because my air conditioning compressor burned out on a hot Sunday afternoon. Finding someone to repair my unit on a Sunday was difficult. After talking to several companies and getting evasive answers as to what it would cost me i spoke with Mr. Ron Birdsong and he quoted me a price to do my repair. I was very surprised to learn that he did not try to gouge me on the weekend repair. His price was actually $400.00 less than the others i had spoken with. He brought out a new unit and had me cool within 3 hours from the time i first spoke with him. He is an A-Plus rated member. He did exactly what he said he would do and did not charge me extra for doing the job on a weekend. This is a great company and i wish there were other companies that operated with the same honesty and integrity. My wife and i are very pleased with his professional manner, and his price. We also received an excellent warranty.
