Review content:
I live at the Summit Apartments in Colorado Springs and my car was recently broken into. Come to find out, security witnessed the whole thing and did nothing. Well, they did call their dispatch but in the end, my car was broken into, deck stolen and no one was caught due to the guards unwillingness to stop the theif. When I called their office, I was told by Mr. Harper that they can only call the police and aren't allowed to intervene. How pointless is that...if you want securit-try someone else.
