Review content:
I had the greatest time there. I mean even though I spent all but less than 10 minutes in total time in their office, my car spent a full 30 days there. Their customer service was outstanding, every time I called they would say, ""Hey, I was just about to call you."" They really kept me updated, like when I'd call expecting my car to be ready and they'd say, ""oh yeah, blah blah blah...we'll need to order more parts and I'll give you a call to give you an update."" Waiting for them to call for an update was the coolest thing ever. But I think the best part was when I picked up my car after it spent 22 days there. It had two almost flat tires, the gas was on EMPTY, they got to joyride for 25 miles, the rear axle they replaced was squeaking/screeching as I drove off, the alignment was still off where I had my steering wheel pointed at 11 o'clock to go straight and so I had to take it back to them to play with it some more. 8 days and 17 more joyriding miles later I get to pick up my car and drive it off feeling satisfied.
