I WAS CALLED BY A TELEMARKETER FROM THE NUMBER 503-244-6327 WHICH IS A ""1-WAY LINE"". AFTER INSIDE RESEARCH, I FIND THE NUMBER RECIEVES NO INCOMING CALLS DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS, UNFORTUNATELY, THAT WAY NO ONE CAN CALL BACK IF THEY HAVE A SUGGESTION OR COMPLAINT. (THIS IS COMING FROM A FORMER 5 YEAR SPRINT TELEMARKETER ""ME""). I HAVE BEEN ON THE FEDERAL ""DO NOT CALL LIST"" FOR OVER 3 YEARS ( DONOTCALL.GOV ) FACT: TELEMARKETERS HAVE TO UPDATE THEIR CALL LISTS, BY LAW EVERY 31 DAYS, OR FACE A HEFTY FINE FOR CALLING PEOPLE ON THAT LIST IF THEY ARE A LEGITIMATE SOLICITOR. THIS COMPANY DID NOT EVEN ALLOW ME TO GET A NAME BEFORE THEY HUNGUP AFTER I ASKED WHO THEY ARE, WHICH THEY ARE ALSO REQUIRED BY LAW TO DO SO WITHIN SECONDS OF A CONTACT WITH A PERSON WHOM THEY ARE CALLING REQUESTS. BEFORE I HAD TO WASTE MY TIME FINDING OUT WHO THE WERE AND WRITING THIS REVIEW, I WAS TOLD ""UM..., CLICK"". BEING ""HUNG UP ON"", AFTER A REQUEST, IS NOT ONLY RUDE, BUT IT IS ILLEGAL, MISTAKE OR NOT. HAVE A CONCERN IF YOU HAVE BEEN CONTACTED BY THESE PEOPLE, BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT FOLLOWING THE RULES OF THE TRADE. THIS ACTION OPENS MY MIND TO THE PRACTICES OF THIS COMPANY.
