Ok, so the person who commented about the previous owner obviously didn't know much about him because if he did he would also know that the current owner is the son of the recently deceased previous owner. First let me say my husband and I have used Humex for 18 plus years and have continued to use them since Peter's passing last year. Not only did his son answer all our questions and handle all our tax needs he also gave us the same rates. He actually got us some additional tax credits we didn't know we could get. So please give them a chance they are great and once you meet with them you will be able to form your own opinion of the son who took over his father's business not just some new guy. The only thing that has really changed is that Peter also handled some of our IRA investment stuff and his son is only a tax preparer but he was about to help get me all the info I needed to get in touch with the local person who would be handling our IRA account for us now. I say give him some time they are just getting on their feet after loosing their father completely unexpectly as well as moving into a new location in San Mateo from teh previous Burlingame loction and I'm sure will totally get settled in soon.
