Review content:
TERRIBLE customer service by the owner, Randy Morgan. I needed a simple diagnosis on my brand new electronic keyboard that won't turn on: is it the power cord or the keyboard? Called ahead of time and spoke with Mr. Mogan, told him Casio recommended I bring my keyboard in to him, explained the situation, got the okay. When I got there, I was told it would be 3 weeks to figure out what was wrong. Why not just plug in the board to one of their own power cords and see in 30 seconds what is wrong? That would be considered a 'rush' order and would cost $35! WHAT? I tried to say I thought there was a miscommunication, that this should really only take a couple of minutes but Mr. Morgan was very rude, interrupted me and said he had too many things he was working on to talk to me any longer and that I should take my business elsewhere. HA! Too busy to spend 3 minutes? I also heard him yelling and swearing on the phone to someone who was a client. He's got a rock loose!
