This Company has proven a lack of MANAGEMENT. The ""managers"" actively manage by forwarding messages to vendors, however when work is not urgent, the lack pursuing bids in the best interest of the properties finance is neglected. I was a board member for one of their sites (currently moved out) and I was the property manager, walking vendors around assessing damages, bidding work and challenging/confirming bills from vendors. If you wish to volunteer your time to your community under CCM I recommend wearing a disguise when you go for your morning walk as everyone will actively persue you to resolve their issues, not CCM.
