I couldn't even give them a star! (I have to on this site!) Their contractor sucks! They tried to make max money from me and lied to me that I have a furnace! I just purchased this unit and wasn't sure if there's a furnace! They pretended to go on the roof and clean something I cannot see. Then I found out there's no furnace and the company doesn't want to do anything about it. They always said they will call back but of course they never did. They are really dishonest! DO NOT do business with them!
