i took my vw gti to them because the turbo was surging. they first put on a blowoff valve to fix the problem, they hey found a crackin a hose then they said my ecu was probably bad and would cost me 250 to check it. so i told them to stop ""fixing my car"" so now my car goes into limp mode which it did not do when i brought it in and i am 500 dollars poorer and my turbo still surges. and after some research i found that blowoff vavles should not be put on vws beause it can cause them to run progressivley leaner until the engineblows. so i asked them to take it off and they said they would call me when they have time to do it. that was 3 weeks ago and still no call. on top of that they told me they are not sure they can refund the money i paid for the blowoff valve because it is USED!!! when it should never have been put on my car. on top of all this when i went to pay they ONLY TAKE CASH!! i was never told that when i dropped off my car so i had to find and atm and luckily i had the money to pay for it but what if i didnt.
