I'll have to respectfully disagree with the other reviewer. We'd dealt with Greg and his staff in the past for both my daughter and my wife and this spring I found myself in the market for a new road bike. Admittedly, I was clueless having not bought a bike in years. I did my research and knew what I was looking for in a general way, but also needed some advice.
They could not have been more accommodating, special ordering me a number of bikes to try and letting me go on long distance rides - not once around the block - just top make sure I was comfortable with the purchase. What's more, they even offered to drop a bike off at my house for a couple of day's test drive - who does that?
What's more, their advice and expertise was spot on, and at the end of my search I would up paying well below list on the Trek i bought - these guys couldn't have been better and will always get my business. in fact, since I got my bike I've sent other people there and they report the same experience.
This is an excellent shop, period.
