Ana is not only an incredible nutritionist, she is a phenomenal life coach. I really enjoyed how she holistically integrates nutrition, Ayurveda and coaching therapy. Each session I felt my life being transformed with her knowledge and enthusiasm. I can't imagine what my life would be like today if I had not had the courage to call her 3 years ago. I had been struggling with an eating disorder for over a decade, which lead to many other health problems. I had been in rehab and had gone to therapy for years. They made me believe that I would live with this problem for the rest of my life. Everyone told me that an eating disorder is not completely curable, but manageable. When I met Ana Luque, she told me otherwise. And today, I am walking prove of that. Little did I know that my health struggles were related to eating the wrong foods for my genes, which in turn creates addiction and toxic overload and more addiction and a down spiral effect. Ana identified which foods my body was ""allergic"" to and created an individual diet and lifestyle for me, along with coaching. Today I am addiction free, healthy and loving life. Thank you, Ana! I can't say it enough!
