RV SHOWED UP ALMOST A FULL 24 HOURS LATER THAN PROMISED. NOTHING WAS AS PROMISED AND THERE WERE MANY MECHANICAL PROBLEMS THAT WENT UN-ADDRESSED BY THE COMPANY WHEN CONTACTED. IN ADDITION TO THESE ISSUES THEY KEPT A $600 DEPOSIT WITHOUT ANY REASON WHATS SO EVER. IN FACT WHEN I CALLED TO FOLLOW UP ON WHY I HADN'T RECEIVED IT, I WAS TOLD BY THE OWNER THAT HE HAS MORE MONEY THAN ME AND IF I WANTED THE MONEY THEN I SHOULD SUE HIM. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE JOKE. I HAD TO DISPUTE THE CHARGE WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND WITH MY ORIGINAL CONTRACT I WAS AWARDED THE $600 BACK ALMOST 2 MONTHS LATER. RV RENTALS USA COULD NOT PRODUCE ANY EVIDENCE PROVING A REASON TO WITH-HOLD MY DEPOSIT.
