The 6-12062 grade cx with gates & flashers work very good. Instructions must be followed and are very simple. Lionel needs to include one 6-12027 insulated track so gates will close sooner. The retail price of this is less than $5. But at the price of this item it would not cost Lionel very much as they probable have a production cost of less than $1.00 in this item. This 6-12062 I received is the updated one. Have used for more than two weeks. Works very good.
