I was having the worst issue with my Mac known to man. The computer was running slow, shutting down, over heating, then one day it wouldn't turn on at all. I was destroyed. I thought all of my documents were gone, all my photos, everything. Then MyNewITGuys literally glanced at the computer and it worked like normal. I was flabbergasted. While they had it they did some other stuff to clean it up but here I sit 6 months later with absolutely no issues since. I don't know what they did but I wish I had gone to them first. absolutely incredible.
