Review content:
Building a custom home with Hornecker Construction was a great experience. Jeff has several strong assets as a builder/designer. Besides being meticulous about his trade, his communication is outstanding. Jeff is quick to inform what each day/week is bringing and what is to come. We always ran ahead of schedule which made selecting finishes enjoyable.
Jeff also uses technology to his client?s advantage. Jeff uses on- line
meetings to discuss each room?s design. We were able to talk and watch Jeff design right before our eyes in the comfort of our own office. This is fantastic!! A meeting that would normally take 2 hours out of your day takes one. Of course, he and Cindy are always willing to meet in person but this was a huge time saver for us. Thank you!!
Jeff is also great at follow up work. If any question arises, Jeff is there to answer it and take care of it. We have been in our home for 6 months and know he is still around if we need him. It is nice to have a builder you can count on after the building process is complete.
Overall, we our living in our dream home thanks to Jeff and his wife, Cindy. Our home surpasses all our expectations. A few months back a person asked us if we would do it all over again and we responded with a resounding ?Yes, Absolutely?!
Thanks Jeff and Cindy! We will cherish our home for a lifetime!!
