Review content:
We had the privilege of using Jeff as our contractor to finish our basement. We actually had received several bids on the job and at the last minute were introduced to Jeff. He was able to come to our home and set up a computer and showed us almost immediately what we wanted. We were very pleased with the bid and the timeliness of the bid and everything was clearly explained.
Once we decided to hire him, we were also thrilled to have the amazing services of his wife Cindy. She was a huge asset when it came to design, color, style and all the finishing touches. They were an amazing team.
My husband and I are both very busy and Jeff made it possible to have online meetings where we would not only discuss progress, design, measurements, and such but he would also provide three dimensional colored designs of each part of the construction. When there were questions along the way, Jeff was always able to be reached and would respond very quickly with answers.
My husband and I have both worked with contractors before and were not looking forward to this huge project, but working with Jeff was amazing.
The entire project was completed within the projected time frame. The workmanship was impeccable. The professionalism of the crew was well beyond expectation. We have been so pleased by every aspect of the completed project. Our children absolutely loved everything that was completed. Their ideas were incorporated into the final project. Without the input from both Cindy and Jeff we would probably still be working on our basement. Thank you Jeff and Cindy.
