Just wanted to let other folks in need of good old fashioned service to call AMS Appliance. I came home from vaction to find my refrigerator had died and everything melted. called around at 9:30 in the evening and the best I could get was 3 days from now (most didn't answer the phone or had to leave a message only) - Found AMS Appliance number from my neighbor who has used them for 18+ years and called them at 11pm. Not only did I get an actual person on the phone (Cathy was GREAT!) but they came out at midnight to fix my refrigerator. The repair was under $200 parts and labor and they didn't charge for coming out in the middle of the night !!! When he (Greg)finished fixing the refrigerator - He spent another 15 minutes telling me what to do to prevent this from happening again (2 in the morning).
