I discovered Life Reflexology six months ago and has been going there for massages ever since. This place is really cheap. One full hour of massage therapy for $20.00! The experience is very unique though. You get your massage with your clothes on (so wear something loose, like what you would wear while working out). There's a bunch of recliners in a dim room, so you are getting your massage with a bunch of other customers. This may sound really odd, but once your in there, it really doesn't feel weird anymore. They start off by soaking your feet in hot water with herbal stuff. This will start you in a relaxed mode. They spend sometime massaging your feet, but they also do a full body massage, including deep tissue massage on your back and neck area. This place has a really good ambiance. I also like the fact that the lobby area has a picture of all the massage therapist with their licenses. I definitely would recommend this place for those who are in the Orange County/Los Angeles Area in California!
