I called them with an emergency and someone was here within 20 minutes. Ted knew exactly what he was doing and answered all my questions. He did all the talking to my insurance company. He was at my house when he said he would be. Steve had 4 people working on my house and they were able to complete the restoration process in 3 days. Everyone was very professional and friendly. I do believe that they even let my dog out when I was not there to do it. They also did some extras that I was not charged for. I will not hesitate to give them a call again when I need some work done. Thanks guys for being awesome!
