I am a partner in a-six unit rental property in Lakeview. Owl Management has managed this property since our purchase of it almost four years ago. My principal contact has always been Lauren Hundman. To say that Lauren is courteous and professional would be a gross understatement. Her energy and talent, and genuine concern, have made all of my dealings with Owl Management a pleasure. I continually find that one of the most astonishing aspects of their service, is the network of resources that they have established. Time and again, they have saved me money in ways that I never would have come up with on my own. It is hands-on management at it's best. And, speaking as a property owner, I am also amazed at the paradoxical balance they maintain between low turn-over and revenue maximization. They are remarkably creative, in the very best sense of the word.
I should also add that while I live out of state, there is a seamless flow of communication from Owl Management to me. Financial statements are emailed to me monthly in a thorough but simple format. Beyond that, I have complete trust in Lauren to act on my behalf locally. Without me having to seek them out, Owl Management has invariably kept me up-to-date.
I could not recommend this company more highly. I wish them all the success they deserve. I credit Lauren for making my investment such a success, and so care-free.
