Review content:
Customer service at thie gym is horrible, the drive to Gold's Gym on the south hill is worth it. The people at this gym don't understand the meaning of no, they're contantly trying to sell me personal training and supplements. I understand salesmanship, but the fact that they are only nice to you until you say no is what disturbed me. The gentleman who I signed my membership with was very nice and personable while filling out the paperwork, but literally the next day he acted like he didn't even know me. Be careful joining this gym, their idea of an orientation is setting you up with a personal trainer who lures you in by leading you to believe that the personal training is free, gets you interested, then tosses you over to her manager who has a contract ready to go for $56/hour sessions. Then they really put pressure on you by surrounding you, and once you say no, they say ""nice meeting you"" and orientation is over. The worst part about it is that the gentleman who helped me told me that orientation would be an in depth tour around the gym, he outright lied to me.
Pros: All the gyms have a nice location, very close to post workout eating .
Cons: Lousy customer service. This should be #1 for any business.
