I will be the first to admit that I'm not a ""neat freak"". Not only did Hidy Collision do a wonderful job on the body work after I wrecked my car, but I honestly could not believe how they detailed and cleaned the inside, which was not in good shape, because of how I care for things. Other positives were the new facility, parking, easy access off the highway, friendly staff and convenient hours. Actually, speaking of convenient hours...I couldn't make it in during their normal business hours to pick-up my car, but the manager insisted on going over the car with me so I could see exactly what they did, so he stayed late for me. Before I came to Hidy Collision, I felt like anywhere I went was just going to take advantage of me because I do not know anything about the automotive industry. I KNOW that I can trust Hidy Collision. I don't want to say ""I'll be back"", because, nothing against Hidy Collision, but I hope I never have another accident, but IF I do, then WILL be back! Two Thumbs Up!
Pros: Manager Marty is awesome.
