Review content:
I had a bad experience with Toscano RV. I negotiated a price on an Airstream trailer via email and received assurance from Dave Morse that the unit was in perfect working order. I drove 700 miles to go pick up the trailer and when I looked the trailer over, I noticed many faults. I also noticed that the trailer had not even been cleaned. Oddly enough they had put armor all on the tires and turned on the television inside the trailer - weird. I gave Dave Morse a list of the defects that I found (rust, scratches, dents, defective latches, dirty light fixtures, water spots on every piece of glass, exposed wires, cracked shelves, defective screen, dirty battery area, cracked caulking, metal shavings and dirt) and he said that I was being nit-picky and that most customers clean their own trailer after buying anyway. He told me that I could take pictures of the damages and take it up with my local Airstream dealer for warranty. Toscano only managed to fix half the deficiencies when Dave Morse and John asked me to come into the office and pay because the maintenance workers were working overtime to fix the deficiencies (like it was my fault). When we sat down in John's office, he asked me how my experience had been. I told him that I was not happy with the condition of the trailer, especially since Dave had given me assurance that it was in perfect condition. He interrupted me and said ""I don't know what you want. You're getting a heckuva deal"" ""We have 300 trailers and we can't keep them all in perfect condition"". When I told him that I was not happy with the customer service, he said that they have a great reputation. Even though I drove 1400 miles round trip, I could not stomach to give Toscano my money, so I left. Not once did John or Dave apologize for the condition of the trailer or for the shoddy customer service. I wasted a lot of time and money to find out that Dave Morse and John at Toscano RV are amateurs. I hope you don't make the same mistake. Cons: Rude, out of touch, inefficient, incompetent, bad customer service, flippant, too much to list
