They cleaned our house a few times and were OK. Good enough to keep using them.
Yesterday, though, we had an appointment for a cleaning between 12-3. When they did not arrive, we called to ask where they were. They told us that they were running behind, but would be here by 4:45. That was inconvenient, but still OK. Then, at 5:01, they called to cancel!! It's ironic considering they have a $39.99 cancellation fee if you don't give them 24 hours notice! Anyway, I won't be using them again. The one thing a cleaning service definitely has to do is actually show up!
Also, the reason they have so many good reviews is that at one point they offered a percentage off your cleaning if you left one.
