On September 4, 2011, we contracted a sweet sixteen for my daughter Kenya, the agreement was set up by her mother Anna Snapp, all rental fees were paid as agreed including a refundable security deposit of $250.00 at the end of party facilities was thoroughly cleaned and left in better condition than when we received it, this was witnessed by security guard on duty and it was stated that security deposit would be mailed out on September 9, today it is 17th and we have yet to recieve the security promised us. My advice is that if booking any event with this facility, make sure you review the place before event and get clear understanding of when you will be receiving your security deposit back after event.
