Review content:
I took my macintosh computer to Geek Squad for some help and received no service at all. I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes before I had to find someone on my own to help me. They were not even from the computer repair department. It was one of the Best buy sales people. When she finally found a geek squad person to help me they seemed annoyed that I was even there. By the end of the conversation I left feeling like I had just been looked down upon by being a mac owner. All he kept saying if you purchased a PC you wouldn't have to pay expensive prices for expensive parts. It felt like he was shoving me towards the sales person so I wouldnt bother him any longer. I left without having anything done to my computer and had to find someone else to help me with my issues. I called secure remote support and ended up shipping my macbook to them and I had it back within 7 days. It was quick and painless and was like a third the cost of the geek squad.
