My sister worked there for 4 years and then she quit. I was going on a vacation to mass, and left my full grown Jack Russell and I paid for a nice Run for her to stay in and i got a room before they got full and they were very unorganized and they got booked and they thought she was small enough to stay in a CAT CAGE! for 3 nights. She came home with bad red irritated feet and went to the vet 3 hours later and was so stressed from being in a very confined area and her feet became inflamed and she continued to chew her feet and is now on prescribed medications. I don't want to take her there ever again. But nice people.
