Review content:
I was a tenant of Frank and Nancy Amato, so I can give a basic opinion of how they run and their workmanship.
Nancy shows the properties and comes off as a generally nice individual, but once you sign on the dotted line, you never hear from her again.
Frank is a mean-spirited, aggressive, alcoholic, womanizing, racists. In the rental contract it states tenants are responsible for snow removal and Frank handles landscaping, but if you call him to mow the lawn when it is knee high. He will come to work while the man of the house is gone and demean the woman of the house and say she should handle the lawn if she is home and take pride in their house.
If something is not working right and you call Frank, he will bitch, yell and moan over the phone. If you take the same tone with you he will say he can't deal with you as you are too aggressive and he will need the cops to escort him on the property.
If he performs yard work, he will remain on the premises for extensive periods of time drinking alcoholic beverages. DO NOT ENGAGE HIM, he is a mean drunk.
He is a racist, I overheard him say ""Are you leaving because of the F******* N******"" referring to the black couple who live at 42 North Street.
This guy is a mess, I seriously warn you to avoid him at all costs.
