Review content:
Surreal Systems had to work around 3 big deficiencies. A 60' HDMI cable that was installed and rendered useless by inferior installation from a previous group, A high-end preamp obtained from this same group which had serious problems. A less than professional installation on the wiring of the components.
Surreal Systems has corrected all the above along with the completion of my 7.1 (including sub-woofer) surround system, a wall hung 65" Plasma monitor and a complete overhaul of my universal remote. Professionalism at its finest is what they provide.
