Hello,
This company is extremely dishonest and tries to take advantage of their customers. He will tell you that he is ""five star reviewed"", but the reviews come from his family members.
I am executive who was relocated to the Valley by my company last year. The temporary housing that my company has provided me with includes a 1-800 number that dispatches service companies when I have an issue with the house whether it be electrical, plumbing, landscape, etc. My sprinklers were not working correctly, so I called the 1-800 number and they dispatched At Your Service Lawn Care. I set up and appointment (on Monday) for a service call on Thursday with the dispatcher at At Your Service Lawn Care. Because of a change to my business travel schedule, I called At Your Service Lawn Care on Tuesday and explained that I would need to move the appointment to Friday. They responded that this was fine. I awaited their arrival on Friday when I was back in town, and they never showed. I called the dispatch number on Friday afternoon and they explained that they showed up on Thursday and that I did not answer the door. I explained the change in plans, and even gave them the name of the OWNER who I talked to to reschedule. The owner then got on the phone and explained that I didn't ""reschedule enough ahead of time"" and that they were charging my credit card for a missed appointment.
I am 40 years old and have lived around the world. Never before have I ever experienced such a rude and dishonest owner of such an unprofessional company. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!
