I have been to many retail locations to have my oil changed generally with mixed results... Joe and his staff at Mobil Lube Express in West Wareham has broken the mold and has always given great service...I rarely send feedback to corporate but consistent, excellent service demands recognition.
I highly recommend anyone wishing efficient, comprehensive auto service to visit this easily accessible business. You will not be disappointed. They are honest and straightforward, they don't try to sell you on the extra additive program unless it is appropriate. It is a well run business that has your best interests at heart.
In addition I would like everyone to know that not only is this a well run organization by a group of professionals but, the bathroom is very clean and handicap accessible. This is a rare situation in the area of auto care.
The above observations plus reasonable prices puts Joe's operation over the top as the best auto care facility I have ever used since my first car in 1972.
Keep up the good work, you are the best.
