Very unprofessional! Made an appointment with him for 8AM Friday -- he said he knew exactly where we lived ... and he was a no show -- so I have no way of knowing the quality of his work! My husband took a day off work and tried about 20 times to get him by phone with no answer and no return call! He never bothered to call to make sure of the directions ... tried to blame my husband for not watching for him when he told my husband he knew how to get here. He SAID he got to the area and could not find the house, but never bothered to call -- said he had no cell coverage! My husband waited all day for nothing. The guy finally called after 7PM and and hung up the phone on my husband -- VERY bad form ... and VERY poor attitude! There are way too many sweeps around to put up with that!
