Although the units themselves have one or 2 things going for them, the management is abysmal. I cannot stress enough how a nice enough environment is RUINED by the stress of poor management.
If you had asked me a year ago if I liked living here, I would have had a pleasant enough answer full of pros and cons. Enter one problem with management and I have absolutely nothing good to say. Anyone can build 4 walls, but before you give them your hard-earned money to live here, you should know that ANY problems will be ignored by management.
I notice by their website that they have had to lower rent by almost $200 from what they charge me for a 1-bedroom and I still would not live here if they made it half the price for me. The first month living here they will be nice because the contract says that you'll be able to cancel without penalty. After that, however, they will do NOTHING for you saying you signed a contract and they don't owe you anything. Try to break the contract and you'll start paying through the nose (loss of deposit, 2 months' rent, and more! They even threatened me with a ""walkaway"" fee of having to pay out the rest of the contract (6 months of rent!).
I cannot say this clearly enough -- this is NOT a place for you or your family.
It will look OK for the 1st month perhaps, then after that you will be treated like trash. Do NOT move here!!

Cons: Management / Customer Service is EXTREMELY poor
