Review content:
Billed over the contractual amount contracted by my insurance company. Left big ridges on fillings I had to ask him to remove. Worked on and billed for one tooth (beside another one I wanted filled so I didn't realize what he was doing) without mentioning he was doing so. I was surprised to see it on the bill later. One of the fillings he did has partially come out already (three months old.)
