Businiess name:  Rocheld, Jack R, DDS Jack R Rocheld PC

Review content:
Dr. Rocheld turned in a claim for work done on a tooth I do not have. He also worked on and billed for at least 2 teeth without informing me he was going to do so, that were not on the original treatment plan he gave me. He also listed cheaper methods of tooth-filling (amalgams) on my original plan than he ended up using (and charged for the more expensive) without informing me he had changed his mind. Rocheld charged us personally more than our contractual copay amount for everything he did. After alerting our insurance company, Dr. Rocheld's office said they would adjust our bill, but after three months of phone calls to Regence, I only received back a portion of what I was contractually owed back. It was off by about thirty dollars, so I am quitting now. (At one point, Rocheld did send us a proposed agreement to give a portion of the money back we lost, with a stipulation that we would not let other potential clients know of the trouble we have had with his office, including not writing online reviews.) The record-keeping was very sloppy; for instance, on the day Rocheld did my fillings, he afterward, gave me a proposal for futher so-called needed work, listing some of the same work he had just done on that very same visit! If you have been a customer of Dr. Rocheld's in the past, I would suggest calling your insurance company and letting them help you check your bill for mistakes.
