I have two boys that needed glasses this year, as well as myself. We had went to several different places in search of frames for all of us. We were told different things about the size of the frames, all usually contradicting each other or received no help whatsoever. I was very frustrated to say the least. We just happened to drive by Gresham Optical one day and decided to go take a look at what they had. First of all, we were greeted by the gals in the front with smiles and warmth. They listened to what my concerns were and told me about Dr, Brophy and said he was wonderful with children and fitting them for contacts. They helped my boys and I find really nice frames we all loved and also they were right on about Dr. Brophy being a super Doctor! He not only fit both of my boys for contacts in less than an hour but gave them the confidence they needed to put them in and take them out everyday. He also explained some things in detail about our individual prescriptions and spent more time than any Doctor ever has with us. He has a super personality and really listens and addresses any concerns you may have and all at no extra charge. : ) Too bad there are not more Doctors and receptionists like the folks at Gresham Optical! Thanks for making a difference guys!!!!!!!
