Rudy's Santa Monica was a major disappointment after an excellent haircut at the Silver Lake location. I was forced to explain the desired haircut four times before it was even marginally understood, and the resulting haircut was uneven and not well blended b/w the longer top length and the shorter side/back length. Additionally (unlike at Silver Lake), despite being a buzz cut, I was charged $24 rather than $15 because the cut ""was two different lengths."" Rudy, please ensure consistent quality in your locations and among your employees.
