Monza car staff was very friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. My experience starting from the first conversation over the phone until arriving at the dealership a week later. Allen, very pleasant to talk to and was able to meet my needs as expressed in the very beginning. During my visit I had the pleasure of meeting other staff and they too very pleasant and friendly. My experience overall at Monza was GREAT. Thanks to all of you especially to Tom and Allen for assisting with me with purchasing my 2007 Triple White Volkswagen.
