I've been living in Atlanta for six years now, and have done the whole Buckhead/Midtown thing, with the over priced drinks and fake people. I moved into Marietta two years ago and found the greatest little place to have a drink and hang out after work... Not to far removed from the hectic hustle and bustle that is Atlanta is Kastaways bar and grill, where, as the song suggests, everyone knows your name... and what you drink. Aside from the six dart boards, and the three pool tables, the live music, poker and trivia night, two horse shoe pits, and outside patio the staff is fast, friendly and always fun to hang with! Cold drinks, friendly service, real people, and live entertainment almost every night.... this is the PERFECT NEIGHBORHOOD BAR! Give yourself a break from all the pseudo-crap other places call bars, and come to the real cheers... Kastaways!
Pros: Cold drinks, friendly fast service, and very reasonably priced!
Cons: A little off the beaten path, but well worth the trip!
