Review content:
I am through ordering from the big restaurant and catering chains! After my last experience with a big chain restaurant that also caterers, I will only be ordering my business lunches from LunchTime Catering, a locally owned catering company. Last week I had a near catering disaster. I had ordered from a well known lunch spot that also caterers (you see this business popping up on almost every street corner). I called early Wednesday morning to confirm and was told that they would not be able to deliver my lunch until 12:30 or 1:00. I had ordered over a week in advance and had booked an 11:00 delivery. I was also told that they would not be able to direct bill my company and that I would need to pay upon delivery. Needless to say I cancelled my order. I had noticed LunchTime Catering delivering often to other offices in our building. So asked one of the other offices if they would recommend LunchTime Catering. They said they would highly recommend them. So I called and my order arrived on time and everyone loved their lunches. I called to let them know that everything was great and that I would be using them for all of my business lunches. That is when I fould out that they are a locally owned and operated. I have to say it is nice to know there are still family owned businesses still surviving in this big corporate world we live in because bigger business doesn't mean better business. I have definitely learned that!
