After Spending 200.00 with them previously we were treated terribly by the location on Sunset Rd. We went in for an inspection at the location next to Costco, when we arrived we explained we needed to register the car right there with the inspection. We made it clear if they could not do that we would rather go somewhere else because we had to have the car for memorial day weekend.. We were told it would be no problem. So after waiting for an hour for the inspection we went up to pay, then they informed us that they had no more registration stickers, so we would have to wait till Tuesday and come back in. We asked if we could go to the other location to get a sticker. They said yes and called the store on Sunset Blvd. We were told Casey would help us when we got to the other store. So after driving all the way across town, we were promptly ignored by Casey when we arrived, after waiting for another 30 minutes we were told that they could not give us tags because the Computer was tagging us as having to go to the DMV to get the tags. Well you can imagine our frustration after trying for nearly 3 hrs now to get tags. We expressed our dissapointment to Casey, only to have our heads ripped off with a dissertation about how it was not ""Grease Monkeys"" fault, then told rudely just to go to the DMV on Tuesday and to leave them alone. Well that made me want the managers name to discuss with him the rude behavior, then I was told by Casey that he would not give me the managers name. Well that sure made me mad so I told him i would be happy to stand at the front door and tell customers how happy I was with their service. Casey informed me he did not care since they were closing in ten minutes. So the bottom line is maybe they couldn't have registered the car because the computer flagged us, but we were flagged because the 1st store at Costco had entered us in the system and not completed the registration. Not to mention the 1st store should not have started the process with us if they did not have any stickers, you would think common sense would dictate they check 1st before making someone wait. But any professional business would at least sympathize with our aggravation of having run around for 3 hrs to ultimately get nothing. But they went the extra mile and not only failed to provide us service or sympathy but also yelled at us about their incompetency. Casey should be fired, yelled at us and walked away from us into the shop. So it would probably serve you better to avoid the incompetency and go elsewhere.
