I recently had an issue that needed to be resolved and Jennifer, the new owner, really went the extra mile to ""make it right"".
When an heirloom dress had a mishap during the dry cleaning process, she called our home to talk with me about it, rather than have me be caught off guard when I picked it up. On the phone she offered to take the dress to someone she knew who could look at it, which she did. She paid to have the dress fixed that very same day. When I picked it up it looked great and I never would have known of the problem if she hadn't been so forthright.
If you've had problems with this cleaner in the past (under previous ownership) give them another try. You'll be pleased to see the difference.
