Review content:
So I have had multiple experiences with this place, each progressively worse. The first time I did just wash-dry-fold service and it ended fine. The second time I did the wash-dry-fold service and dry cleaning. In terms of the terms of the plain laundry, although the clothes smelled clean, I had to take a number of items of clothing that were apparently ""washed"" to the laundrymat and wash them myself afterward, for them to actually be without stains. The dry cleaning this second time was a debacle. When I came to pick up the clothing at the agreed time, they told me they didnt dry clean a couple of items because they were stained. Call me crazy, but isn't the reason you bring clothes to the dry cleaners to remove stains? I can totally understand if they tried and couldn't remove stains, but to not try, and to delay my dry cleaning without the courtesy of a phone call is unprofessional--oh and they lost an item of my clothing, although they did find it later and they did dry clean the ""stained"" items. The third time, I specifically asked for them to dry clean a dress for an out of town christmas party I was having. I specifically asked them when it would be done, because this was a big event. I walk in the night before the event and surprise surprise, there was a delay in the dry cleaning and they once again forgot to call and notify me. My dress wouldnt be ready until the next day--after the party had occurred. Now I dont know what to do, because I have a party and no dress. I definitely would not bring anything you care about to this place. They will figure out a way to ruin your life--but they might comp the $13 dry cleaning bill to make up for it...whoop de do
Cons: Unknowledgeable staff, unrelaible timing of delivery/pickup, poor quality of service
