I decided to try Curltopia based on the reviews I read online. And I must say I am very satisfied with my visit. I got a DevaCut, color, and deep conditioning for a very reasonable price (I've definitely paid more elsewhere for a cut and color). The stylist used DevaCurl and Miss Jessie's products on my hair. The decor and music was feminine and fun.
I also loved the fact that my stylist only had one other person booked during my services so I was not kept waiting long at any stage of the process. The stylist was really friendly and talked to me about the products she was using on my hair.
Overall, I really liked the end result and this was the best natural hair salon expereince I have had to date. I am excited to try the new products at home. I will probably make a return visit in a month or so for highlights. (BTW, my hair texture is 3c/4a combo).
