With hopes of liberating myself of day-to-day hair maintenance challenges, I embarked on the ""natural hair journey"" about 2 1/2 yrs ago. What I found was that, while I loved the new found healthiness of my crop, it became increasingly more and more difficult to manage and maintain. I visited Curltopia with hopes of finding a stylists who made me feel comfortable, was knowledgeable about natural haircare & what I specifically needed to do to maintain my hair type, as well as someone who could make recommendations on how to do self-styling. Luckily, I found ALL of this in Brittany. She was very pleasant and gave me great advise on how to treat my hair. I wanted a new look, so I decided on honey blond highlights, and have gotten rave reviews about her work! The salon was very nice and clean and everyone seemed very professional. I would definitely recommend the salon and Brittany for your next natural hair salon experience :)
