I had a amazing experience at Curltopia 7/21/11!! I knew it was going to be great when I made the phone call. The representative "" You're going to be with Jay, and you're in great hands!! There's nothing better than confirmation when you really don't how the outcome is going to be. I was a little nervous but Jennifer (Jay's assistant) was so polite and professional, she even relaxed my nerves by offering me a cup of water. My appointment was with Jay and it started on time, and she took the time to explain everything I needed to know. She gave me a list of recommended products on when and how to use the products ( Deva no poo, Jane carter, Mixed chicks, Miss Jessie's Curly pudding & baby buttercreme) to maintain healthly looking hair. A special ""THANK YOU"" goes out to Jay for a job well done!!! I absolutely loved my hair and will be coming back. :) Blessed
