As a Real Estate Agent, I would do every transaction through Germantown Title! They are professional, proficient and know their business. I have personally used them for the purchase of my current home as well as a personal re-finance. There were never any problems or hold up's with the coordination of the mortgage companies. In this crazy Real Estate Market you need a Title Company you can depend on... and that is Germantown Title.
