Review content:
We have taken our Yorkies to Dr. Hart in the past, but this last time was the Last!! My female yorkie had 4 pups and gave the mother worms, as I had the mother, father and the 4 pups treated and their nails clipped while I was there. The very next day I had to call Dr. Hart's office back as the mother yorkie could not walk on her right front paw. When I called them concerned as we were not sure if they cut her nail too close or that she was having an allergic reaction to the medication that she was given. I was told to bring her in and they would take a look. When my husband suggested that maybe they cut her nails too close they denied it and said that she must have fallen and that they wanted to take x-rays to make sure for addtional fee of course. As we denied wanting x-rays because we were sure that it was because of the nail cutting she gave the mother yorkie an anti inflamatory and sent us on our way. After 24 hours of goig to the vet twice it was well over $400.00 and they couldn't even admit that they might have cut her nails too close. When I called Dr. Hart and placed my concerns about it, she said that she had a very loyal team and they would not do that. I explained her that we are all human and it could have been an error, she got very loud and rude with me.... So, with all of that said, I will NEVER take my precious animals back to her again. Dr. hart is one of the most non-caring vets I know, not to mention she does not take any of her profits to buy cleaner for her office.
