We made reservations here to celebrate our 1st anniversary. We should have turned around and left when we arrived and the reservation hadn't even been recorded. We were sat at a table that wasn't even set then proceeded to wait at least 15 minutes before being acknowledged by a server. I keep asking myself, why didn't we leave then? It was because reviews of the food here were phenomenal. We had plenty of time to observe the disheveled waitstaff and the 70's motiff decor. When our food did arrive, my veal parmesan was like a piece of jerky and my wife's chicken marsala was bathing in grease. We have had better Italian food at Sbarro's at the local mall. We were under the impression that this place was upscale, at least that is what all the write ups about it implied. Let's just say this place makes the Olive Garden look like fine dining. All in all, a very disappointing meal and atmosphere...you are better off at the chain Italian restaurants such as Carraba's or Bravo.
