I recently attended a birthday party for a 7yr old little girl at the Richland Country Club. Magician Rodney King put on a delightful show for 18 little girls as well as putting all the adults in stitches. You may remember Rodney as the magician at Opryland. Though he has been in show business for many years he is very warm and approachable. Young children just adore him. He made balloon flowers, crowns and fairy wands. He drew the children in to the performance and let them pet his magic menagerie. He was kind enough to share with me the names of his balloon and pump supplier. He posed for endless photos and charmed us all. Mostly I love that he obviously loves what he does-a rare thing these days.
